Through a team of pilots and expert technicians, divided into different departments and special vehicles and equipment (such as ADR vehicles for aeronautical gas transport, electric fans, generators, special lifting and anchoring systems including motorized winches, ballast, etc.) we are able to offer the following services and activities:
PILOTED FLIGHTS
with gas balloons and hot air balloons, for advertising services, special events and demonstrations, aerial photography and cinematography, passenger transport in free and/or tethered ascents.
ORGANIZATION AND TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE SERVICES
We offer services in relation to the use of balloons and inflatable structures such as: installation, inflation, manoeuvring, raising, anchoring, lighting and constant monitoring of balloons throughout their use, where necessary; These are organizational and bureaucratic activities (they request authorizations, payment of taxes and fees to interested bodies)
We offer the selection of materials and components, the CONSTRUCTION of balloons and inflatable balloons and the realization of creative customization.
RENTAL
of the standard balloons and inflatables of our property.
MAINTENANCE
control, maintenance in good efficiency, repair, etc. of balloons and inflatable structures both owned by Aeronord Aerostati and our customers.
STORAGE
of balloons, inflatable structures, banners and other advertising materials owned by our customers.
ORGANIZATION AND MANAGEMENT OF ITINERANT TOURS
and animation with our means.
HELIUM RECOVERY TANKS
Realization of tanks in high-strength technical fabric, for the recovery of helium from industrial processes.
They may contain helium, nitrogen, CO2 or any other type of inert and non-corrosive gas. They are made in our laboratories in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) with a sturdy bi-coated polyester fabric welded at high frequency, which guarantees perfect gas tightness and long life (*)
Standard models of various volumes are available, but on request we can supply "gas recovery balloons" of any shape and size.
SERVICES AND CERTIFICATIONS
CERTIFICATIONS
Aeronord Aerostati was the first company in Italy to use balloons professionally and to obtain from ENAC - the National Civil Aviation Authority - the air work license for balloons.
Aeronord Aerostati is an ENAC certified organization (Combined Airworthness Organization - IT certified. CAO.0038). This certification allows it to carry out all permitted maintenance operations (including the ten-year inspection of cylinders with pressure test) and the airworthiness review with ARC emissions on hot air balloons of the main brands and on Ballonbau Worner gas balloons.
Aeronord Aerostati is also a declared commercial operator for commercial operations with aerostats (IT. DEC_B.0002) and is therefore authorized and certified for the use of hot air balloons and gas balloons of its fleet in commercial operations (passenger flights or advertising flights – free and tethered).
